A message from Kenzie and Skylar:

Because we care so deeply about each of you, we want to keep you in the loop as we make a few changes to better serve everyone.

As you know, our schedules stay pretty full! To help with this, we are updating our pre-booking process to give all guests a fair chance to book.

Starting in August, guests will be able to pre-book one appointment at a time (unless you have weekly visits or a special event). To accommodate our current guests, we decided not to take new guests at this time (with kenzie and skylar), who can book now only through cancellations spots. All new requests will be added to a waitlist. This helps us make space for our long term guests and keeps things more flexible for our families and team.

For appointments after October, we’ll hold off on confirming those until we’re closer to the date —unless it’s for a special occasion.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. These changes come from a place of love and a desire to serve you better while keeping balance between being, simultaneously, owners and stylists!
